Mersin Facilities
The construction of the factory in Mersin was started in 2003 and it was put into service in 2004. It was established on a total area of 50,000 m2, 20,000 m2 of which is open and 30,000m2 of which is closed, in a region very close to the port. It is equipped with machinery and equipment using the latest technology and is the first facility in the world to be established with concrete silos vertically. Systems that connect lines and machines with their integrated feature provide both vertical and horizontal raw material and product flow. It includes paddy factory, lentil factory, bulgur factory, pulses sieving and packaging departments. With the help of food engineers, production is carried out untouched by using the quality control mechanism.
Paddy Factory
Inside the paddy factory, there is a paddy processing facility with a production capacity of 15 tons per hour. Using the foreign trade advantage of the region, it processes the raw materials supplied from both domestic and abroad, and then exports and supplies the domestic market through this facility. The products are packaged untouched after passing through metal separator, stone separator and photocell machines in order to provide quality products to customers.
Lentil Factory
The lentil factory is equipped with fully automatic, state-of-the-art machinery and equipment. It has a production capacity of 15 tons per hour and has an untouched processing and packaging system. The purchase of raw materials is accepted as a result of the analysis of the food engineers, taking into account that they are suitable for certain criteria after sampling, most importantly, that they are suitable for human health.
Bulgur Factory
The wheat processing capacity of this facility, which is completely automatic and a first in its field with these features, is 8 tons per hour. 8 vertical steel and concrete silos, each with a capacity of 800 tons, are used as raw material product storage. In addition, there are warehouses of 3000 tons as semi-finished and finished products in the building. The products are packaged untouched after passing through metal separator, stone separator and photocell machines in order to provide quality products to customers. It is offered to customers as bulgur for pilaf, bulgur for kofte and wheat for ashura.
Legumes Sieving – Packing Factory
The sieving-sorting and production capacity of the pulses facility, where the latest technology machines are used, is 20 tons per hour. All legumes that have passed the sieving, measuring facilities and quality test are packaged untouched by hand in packages and sacks of 1 kg to 50 kg after passing through metal separator, stone separator and photocell machines in order to provide quality products to customers.
